West Side Holiday Market is on November 30th at WestSide Market at 3017 Harrison Ave Cincinnati, Ohio 45211. The event starts at 12:00 PM and Ends at 5:00 PM
On National Small Business Saturday, we’re transforming Westwood Town Hall into the ultimate holiday shopping destination where you would love to shop!
Over 120+ local businesses will take part in this indoor/outdoor flea market event selling a diverse range of products and merchandise.
Highlights:
Shop Local: Buy local treasures from local vendors.
Food Trucks: Enjoy all kinds for foods like BBQ, ethnic foods, ice cream, snacks and many more.
Mobile Boutiques: You can buy fashion, accessories, and boutique clothing sold by different sellers.
Inside Vendors: will sell Handmade goods, food items, accessories, and many more items.
LIVE Music: JonJon from iHeartRadio is bringing all the festive beats for you to rock around.
Swag Bags: The first 200 shoppers (18+ years) will get a FREE swag bag packed with holiday goodies donated by vendors.
FREE Photos with Santa: Bring your kids for free photos with Santa.
Vendor Application:
Below are a few things you should consider for vendor application.
Swag Bag Contribution: You are required to donate a minimum of 20 small items for swag bags which will be given to the first 200 shoppers. You can share your brands with items you donated to encourage visitors to shop at your booth.
Application Process: Please fill out the application below and include all the details about the product you will sell at the event. You can also email us those details and photos of your products with the business name in the subject line.
Restrictions: We do not permit third-party sales, soliciting, or non-product businesses.
Insurance Requirement: All vendors must provide proof of insurance to participate. This is a mandatory requirement due to our insurance policy.
