This place is a wonderful place to shop and the owner is a gem. The vendors offer all sorts of antiques, d?cor, etc. There is something for everyone here and the prices are reasonable. My last experience with this business...a piece of furniture was damaged by a very helpful person there when he was loading it into my truck. Rosie was very gracious and did the right thing and made it right. Her employees, however, were snotty to me and treated me like I was trying to take advantage of the situation, pull a fast one or get something over on the vendor or Rosie. I would definitely recommend shopping there but deal with Rosie herself and not her employees if possible.

My friend and I were driving around Pensacola and did not originally plan to go to Rosie?s, but I?m so glad we did! We stumbled upon this shop and the fun exterior drew us in then the interior was even more exciting. It was so lovely to browse the variety of items, everything was well-organized and had easy-to-find pricing. We left with some unique items and will definitely be returning to shop again someday. I bought a purse today that I thought was a designer bag. At the register, the lady who checked me out was very friendly and told me I found a great deal. Upon returning home I realized the bag was a fake. I called the store and spoke to Rosie the owner and asked if I could return the bag and get a refund. She asked me why I wanted to return it and I stated to her that it was a fake. Rosie then told me ,?Of course it?s a fake baby, I wouldn?t have sold it for that price if it wasn?t.? I then told her it was not disclosed on the tag that it was fake, it was not disclosed at the register it was fake, and my receipt said ?Gucci purse?. Rosie then told me they had a no refund policy, realizing that she was not going to give me my money back I then told her I felt like she scammed me and that I was sorry and I am never one to really be like this but I just wanted my money back. Rosie then told me to bring the purse back and she would give me a refund. So I brought the purse back and was polite at the counter and said ?yes ma?am and no ma?am?. Upon giving my money back Rosie then told me to do her a favor and to never shop there again. I feel that the way this was handled was unnecessary and unprofessional, not to mention the selling of counterfeit products is illegal. I posted this exact review on this businesses Facebook page and I think they may have blocked me. So I?m posting it here as well.
