Antique Mall Y'All

Such a terrible experience with the older lady who works at this store. They force you to put up your purse in a run down sketchy gym locker system before you can shop in the store. I understand the policy for large bulky purses or bags, but I was carrying a wristlet that fit in my hand which would be impossible to bang into anything and wasn't even large enough to steal anything. You will be confronted upon entering the store and told to lock up your personal belongings. Hostile environment. Not welcoming. I walked out because I didn't want to lock up my wristlet. Take your business where you?re treated with respect and the owner clearly doesn't care because there's dozens of negative reviews about this policy. EDIT: Her response to my review is not valid as I was not the person she identified. I did not have a bag that swung. My wristlet fit in my hand.

I?ve been coming to Antique Mall Y?all for well over a decade. I?m pretty surprised to see reviews of people who feel sensitive about having to lock up their bags in the lockers up front. Lockers that have their own padlocks and a key that you can hold onto. A place to put your bag to probably not only help out with loss prevention (which is totally valid), but some spaces are really tight and it?s easy to knock things over. These lockers have been policy since I can remember. Anyways, I?m a huge antique/thrift buff. If I see an antique store anywhere, I?m going in. Antique Mall Y?all is my absolute favorite place to get lost in. I have collected so many beautiful pieces for prices within my budget throughout the years. The ladies there are very kind and helpful.

I?ve been coming here for over 10 years. There is such a variety of merchandise from so many vendors. Something for everyone and every budget. I?m actually thrilled that they provide secure lockers for our purses. It leaves my hands free to pick up some of the amazing things they have. The space is tight in some spots and I would not want to accidentally break something because my purse hit it. Regarding the lockers being old - well it is an antique mall y?all. Lol!!

I should?ve known the environment I was walking into when I saw all the signs on the door?. Starting with ?If you are not vaccinated with a booster please be respectful and continue to wear a mask? and then ?please use hand sanitizer at the entrance? and then ?We accept credit card payments for receipts over $20? The lady working was having a conversation with someone when we entered. She said ?Hi have you been here before? after saying no she said ?We lock up purses and bags? and just continued her conversation. A good employee would have told her friend one moment while she assisted us in the locking away our belongings process. I would?ve been totally fine with that policy had she been just a bit welcoming and a normal tone. So unfortunate I made a whole drive to come to this so called ?mall?. Thank goodness the antique store next door was run by a very pleasant woman so glad I brought my business elsewhere!!

Such a fun afternoon my son and I spent in this lovely antique place - and the one next door. The people were lovely, helpful and friendly to us and all the other browsers. We really welcomed the lockers so we could store our things and browse hands free without worrying about knocking items over. (Not sure why previous reviewers would have an issue, or why masks and sanitizers should be off-putting either). Anyway, we left with several ?finds? - vintage Lily Pulitzer and wedgewood for me, uranium glass and shells for my son. Definitely worth a return visit.

I love this place so much; it is a South Florida classic and a total gem! I have to clear my calendar when I go because I can literally spend hours combing through off the rooms and tons of treasures from years? past. I love that when you shop here you are supporting the main store, which is a small business, but you are also supporting the independent vendors as well, which are also small businesses. I have purchased a few things from here over the years that I will always hold near and dear.

Amazing store! I have visited a lot of "vintage" stores, including in Palm Beach Co. and this is the best one. I've seen items from Michael's at stores in Delray Beach, the big mall in Cooper City (including Lions Fine Arts, or something like that), truly upsetting. At this store I've purchased items from the 1800's, including a very rare memento mori and Milk Glass pieces. If you like authentic pieces, this is the place to go. If not, I'd totally recommend the vintage collection from Michael's.
