Great people, very helpful! Found a beautiful 1905 mantel from a Osteen home a few years ago. It's beautiful for our living room fireplace. They also had era wood and advice to frame it in. Headed back today to look for antique doors for our kitchen pantry remake. Maybe some perky cypress this time! Our pantry in our previous home was adorned with doors from Mark from a Disney movie set. Everyone loved the look!

In all fairness Florida Victorian folks have very nice hard to find stuff. Now that said, I read the previous reviews. They re just cover up of the one bad one Florida Victorian got a few years back. Is this place expensive? You best believe it is. Do prices yo-yo based on the owner's mood? Absolutely. Is Mark more cocky than a Harvard professor when it comes to his Victorian vintage? Most definitely. Should you take a trip there or shop on ebay for the same stuff delivered to your door for less? It s for you to decide.

Seemed like a great place. Hard to find in Florida. I drove 45minutes to get there. Walked in with $1K in my pocket. But the guy who makes the deals wouldn't get off the phone. Looked around for a half hour but he was still on the phone. Looked thru a pile of window sashes and picked out a few to see how he would deal. When I finally interrupted the guy he told me that (with the phone still up to his ear) "anything in that pile wasn't for sale." So, I patiently gave him another 10minutes. As I walked out, he was still on the phone. Hope that call made him some money. I took mine elsewhere.
