Our booth rental process is straightforward and convenient. There are no long-term commitments or contracts, and you can rent on a month-to-month basis. We charge a 5% sales commission and a 5% credit card surcharge fee for flea market sales, which is deducted from your booth rental fees. Sales checks are available on the 10th of each month. We require a 39-day move-out notice.

You will find our monthly booth rates affordable, with rates starting from $90 for an 8' x 4' booth, $110 for an 8' x 6' booth, and $130 for an 8' x 8' booth. Our location is easy to access, with ample parking space, and our premises are wheelchair accessible. We have no stairs, so you can easily move your items in and out of your booth.
