Skyland Antique Mall

Store was a fun look and staff were very friendly and accommodating. Most everything there was a bit too pricey for what it was. I found two good deals there. The store could use a good cleaning and a better layout. There was a good deal of dust on items which tells me things aren't turning over very quickly. Some booths were displayed nicely but most were just cluttered and messy. It was still fun and every store cant be the same so these were just some observations that I made while there.

The apotheosis of an "antique store." Maybe the best antique store I've ever seen, at least in Tuscaloosa. Unassuming on the outside, seemingly bigger on the inside, tons of variety, and surprises around every corner. Definitely my kind of antique store?one with items that actually feel like antiques rather than items people just want to get rid of for a few bucks. I've typically only visited antique stores via word of mouth, but I've never heard anyone say anything about this one, which surprises me. Definitely visit this place! EDIT: I've also seen a lot of reviews saying that things here are overpriced. However, I was familiar with many of the items I came across, and fortunately for them/unfortunately for us, it's more so that the people actually know what they have and are selling at the current market price. Example: Jadeite Fire King mugs can indeed go for upwards of $35 a piece. They just know the game!

One of my favorite antique malls. I love coming here again and again. I have probably been coming for 10 years now, maybe. I have found furniture, jewelery, decor, and gifts here. They have a such variety of things, all fairly priced. The front staff are always friendly, and in communication with the booth owners if you need to ask any questions or want to discuss pricing.

This place has some awesome stuff. I could spend a few hours there and not be bored. Plus the staff is helpful and friendly.

Superb items on display on this trip. Great prices to had especially if you take the time to peruse. Found a gossip bench for $45! Love the lower section with all the amazing MCM furniture, clothing, and kitsch. Highly recommend

Lot's of items, but you really have to want to go through the displays.
