My wife and I went in today for the first time and found a rustic vent cover we wanted to purchase. The young lady working couldn't get ahold of the owner so she quoted me $20 and started to process my credit card. The owner then called back and said $40, the cashier then felt bad and said "let's settle at 30". I don't feel you can quote a price and then back out of it after the sale is being processed. Poor service and they should price the items or shut the door.
